Smart use of CCTV footage has led to scores of arrests in a month. Colleagues scanning CCTV footage in a Hampshire council monitoring suite based at a local police station led to 58 arrests in all. Among the suspected criminals picked up on surveillance equipment were four alleged robbers and three drink-drivers. The crimes detected included 24 public order incidents, three breaches of anti-social behaviour and more. There were 125 suspected offenders detected during October.
CCTV Surveillance Ltd supply evidence quality CCTV software and hardware which will detect and deter anti-social behaviour around your premises. Password and security features limit the viewing of certain cameras to specific groups of people, enabling you to securely manage who is able to see particular areas of activity. The CCTV software enables ‘live’ footage to be viewed remotely from any or all connected CCTV cameras as events happen and without degradation of video quality, allowing you to monitor your premises when offsite.
